「The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes」

「The cottage seems to be recently refurbished provides most of the modern facilities but without luxury. The house is warm and have all the necessary to cook and stay like home. You have even dishwasher, washing machine and convenient drier. The surrounding provides walk paths by the coast. Note that you can not access directly the beach as there is a cliff, you need to walk a mile or so so access the sea shore. We had an issue with a water leak on a Sunday night 31 of December but we received a...
