This fully appointed South Venice home will be the STAR of your vacation. Upon entering the home you will sigh with delight at the beautifully decorated beach themed living room. Three fully dressed bedrooms, 2 baths with fresh, fluffy towels, a private, fully fenced backyard, screened lanai with heated pool, & a garage for storage. The Star of Venice will make you never want to go home!

The Star of Venice features a split floor plan providing privacy for all. Your perfect vacation spot is located close to numerous beaches. Manasota & Venice beaches are just a few minutes away in either direction. Check out Caspersen Beach, Nokomis Beach & Siesta Key Beaches all within a 15-30 minute drive as well.

Enjoy the Florida breezes by opening up all the sliding doors to the lanai, two sets are pocketing doors, making it a perfect spot for entertaining & for meals poolside.

The Star of Venice is located just minutes from Shamrock Park w/lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, picnic shelter & trailhead for the Venetian Waterway & Legacy bike/multi-use trails. Horseshoe pits & pickleball courts can be found close by at Woodmere Park. Multiple adult bikes and a child size bike are available in the garage for your use.

You won't be hungry for long around here. You can easily cook meals in the fully appointed kitchen or poolside on the Weber gas grill. There are plenty of great restaurants that will meet the needs of the most critical foodie, many within 2 miles or that deliver. You can walk off those extra calories along the many trails or beaches & enjoy free beach yoga and shopping nearby. There are several gyms, including Planet Fitness and YMCA within 2 miles.

In the master bedroom you will enjoy the walk-in shower, king bedroom suite with Serta pillow top mattress and large walk-in closet. The pocketing sliding glass doors open to the screened lanai and pool. On the opposite side of the house, the second bedroom has a queen bedroom suite and shares the pool bath with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom (bunkroom) also has a large closet and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a dedicated workspace with desk there as well. A spacious dining room for meals just off the kitchen that also opens to the lanai has a large table to seat the whole family. In the kitchen you will find ample cabinet storage, stainless steel french door refrigerator with freezer on bottom, dishwasher, electric range, microwave & reverse osmosis water dispenser. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washer and dryer and additional sink, as well as additional pantry and storage. Through the laundry room you can access the garage, which is great for coming in from the beach and depositing beach chairs, coolers & sandy swimsuits.
The garage has plenty of room to store bicycles, kayaks, and beach gear. My minivan is stored there but can be easily moved to make parking available at your request. Available for use are beach chairs, coolers, shark tooth sifters & beach towels. There is additionally a wagon, beach umbrella, lots of beach toys & bicycles, all for guest use.

The living room is comfortably decorated in beach theme with leather couch and loveseat and upholstered reclining chair. There are TVs in all bedrooms, family room, and dining area. All rooms, plus the living and dining room have Roku TVs & the internet will allow you to easily stream & surf whenever you wish, or work if needed.

The backyard is fully fenced for your furbabies. The vinyl fence also makes the backyard very private. Great for swimming and laying out poolside. Make sure to enjoy the beautiful Plumeria and Meyer lemon trees.

The Star of Venice is located on a quiet street in South Venice. The property is pet-friendly with prior approval and pet deposit, the neighborhood has a "dog walk meet & greet" each evening around 5:30. There is Brohard dog beach/paw park for furry friends and Venice has many pet-friendly areas and restaurants.
