This hotel is one of best secrets in Venice. A mansion of a local industrialist, it is still owned and managed by his family. It has a great character, a beautiful garden, and it is surprisingly affordable.

Gorgeous Venetian oasis

The hotel is well located, away from the centre of Venice but still close to various vaporetto stops which makes it easy to get around. The hotel itself is lovely and very comfortable - the air conditioning was strong and quiet, perfect in the June heat. The staff were very friendly and made our stay a delightful one.

Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful.
