Great place. Clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Close to anything I needed. Owner friendly and communicated with me about anything I needed. Highly recommend this house!

Enjoyable Week Long Stay!

The home was more than perfect for our needs for the week- spacious, clean, and most importantly, the beds were all comfortable and "new" feeling. They were not worn in and they had plenty of extra bedding incase you were cold! (in FL that's a lovely statement to make on those hot days!) But, that's a big deal to us when we travel and can't take our own pillows / blankets! They had everything you could need and then some when it came to cooking, laundry, and toiletries compared to other properties I have rented. The owner promptly responded regarding an issue that arose on the very last night of our stay and I felt much better knowing he was prompt, and apologetic, even though this circumstance was out of his hands. *It was regarding the additional rental unit from the attached garage of the property. But, once I communicated to him what was going on, there wasn't any further issues that affected my last nights sleep. I'm a mom and rented this with my 15 year old son. And I would absolutely rent it again when we come down to visit his grandparents that live about 8 min away!

Just right for a vacation rental!

The house was adequate for what we needed & wanted! The house was clean, beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook. Chairs, towels & a cooler, too! The back patio was great!! We enjoyed some meals, games & discussions out there! Would rent again!

Great location

House was immaculate, nicely set up and decorated. Well supplied, even extra paper towels, toilet paper, napkins in the closet. The screened lanai in back was wonderful. We spent most of our time there, brought a small Roku TV with us and watched on the lanai most nights. Bathroom was great, loved the shower. We did not use the extra bedroom and bathroom but they were very nice. Also an office that we did not use, but nicely set up for someone that wants to work remotely. There was a single bed in the office if someone needs that. We brought bikes and wanted to be close to Shamrock Park, the start of the Legacy bike trail. I walked through the park every morning and biked about 1/2 of the days during our 2 week stay. You can just bike for a while along the canal, or like we did also bike into town for coffee or ice cream or bike to Sharkey's for lunch. Both rides were about 5 miles each way. House was 3/4 mile from park entrance through neighborhood. Neighborhood was far enough away from main road to be very quiet, but close enough to easily drive to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here.

How did we get so lucky?

Peak season and one of the most beautiful places in the world, and we found the cutest house that is pet friendly in the best neighborhood with all the shopping you could possibly dream of and surrounded by so many restaurants. It’s hard to choose where to eat I kind of don’t like sharing this because other others will know my secret!! but the owner is so sweet that he deserves this location to be booked all year round.. we will be back!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful & perfect!! We did not want to leave!! I can not say enough nice things about this home and Raul. Everything was spotless when we arrived. He had everything stocked up for us. We honestly didn’t need anything. He had detergent, softener, dawn, plastic cups & plates for us. He had chairs and umbrellas for us if we needed them. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place as nice and clean as this rental and that includes Legoland. It’s only 11 minutes from Casperson Beach & Manasota Key Beach. It’s such a gorgeous place. The two beds that were in the office were perfect for my girls or adults. The bedrooms were nice and cozy. The showers were very nice and clean and great water pressure. (I loved the shower.) There’s one huge TV in the living room which honestly was great because it had us a family get together at night. It had a beautiful screened it back porch with a big table/living area outside by the grill. Hurricane shutters if storms make you nervous. Raul is very nice and great at communicating. My daughter was obsessed with a blanket he had and I even asked him where to get it and he told me. :) It was such a great property. We were so impressed and it is well worth the money. You get more than what you pay for. We can not wait to go back. Target, Walmart, and Publix are 7 minutes down the road. BOOK THIS PLACE!! 😊❤️

Great vacation

Perfect location and convenient to everything. Quiet suburban neighborhood. The place had all that you need to cook and enjoy. The only downfall was the master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable but we have back issues so we are a bit picky. Either than that we had an amazing experience.

Very clean

House was very clean. Very nice having access to a washer and dryer. Screened porch and privacy fenced backyard were great for our dog too :) There's a tenant that lives in the garage that I didn't realize would be there, but we never crossed paths with them and they seemed to keep to themselves. Would stay again!

Florida rental

The home was beautiful, clean with all amenities. There is a tenant that lives in the garage, but is very nice. Property is quaint and the patio lanai was so peaceful and trainquil. The beds were comfortable and even had the bathrooms stocked with towels and washclothes. It was much better than staying at a hotel. Would fully recommend!

Nice size,nice lanai nice kitchen, good location. I walked barefoot on the floor, my feet were black. No safety bars in tub area. Lots of millipedes. Advertised as 3 bedrooms but it was an office.

Beautiful home

House is spacious and very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the large lanai and private backyard. A few foldable chairs for sunning would be a great addition. If you eat in much, kitchen supplies are sparse. We only used master bedroom, bed was very comfortable. Communication with host could be better as we never received check in code and had to inquire through VRBO after waiting for some time in driveway. Also, to be clear, there is a tenant in the garage and drive is shared. Overall a very nice property.

Venice beach

Raul is so accommodating! The house is so lovely, perfectly setup up and the cutest back porch! That’s where we spent most of our time! I’m really hoping to stay here again soon!

Fun, Clean place!!

We had a great stay. Host was very accommodating & his home was very clean. There was an issue with the freezer filter but they provided ice & water until it could be fixed. Our grandson stayed with us a few days & enjoyed it also. Only suggestions would be provide instructions for operating smart TV and wifi password. The host gave us password soon after we emailed so it was not a problem. Also if family rents we would recommend a few kid friendly dishes because these were very heavy. Lanai was wonderful!!

No written instructions Pretty challenging for Europeans who are not familiar with US standards of AC Control arriving at night in a cooled down house where a very noisy ac starts every 20 minutes for certain time. No direct contact with owner possible!
