Central Apartment in Venice

Elegant apartment in the heart of San Marco District, Venice. This two-bedroom flat is on a second floor with a lift to the floor; situated just off Via XXII Marzo, the shopping high-end street between Gucci and Dolce&Gabbana Boutiques. It has two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub and shower. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. At about 300 meters walking distance from San Marco Square, it is the perfect location for a romantic weekend or a family holiday in the very center of the history of Venice. Well served by Aliaguna and public transport it is also near a private docking for the water taxi.

Not quite right

The person who met us at boat asked over and over where we were and when finally we arrived at boat dock she rushed us through the streets and steps to apt. I am older and she made it difficult. Living room furniture was not set up for relaxing so the 3 of us didn’t hang out together after a long day of sightseeing and walking For our 4 nights we were bit my mosquitoes in the apt over and overand had never opened a window. AC in big bedroom didn’t work.

Perfect location, great stay!

We loved the location - right near San Marco, within a 2 min walk to the Grand Canal. The apartment is clean, has all advertised amenities (incl. elevator) and is great for a visit to Venice. The managers were very helpful and courteous. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Wonderful location.

Comfortable apartment with all amenities very close to San Marco. Quiet, safe building with elevator. Host was helpful and welcoming, excellent Wifi, also has a/c, washing machine and good cooking facilities. This is a great place to stay if you want to explore Venice, be close to all the major attractions and have a cosy retreat nearby. Highly recommend!
