「Perfect location if you are going to be charter fishing. The house was clean. The kitchen was nicely appointed with what you need to cook your meals and the weber propane grill outback was perfect, not a cheap 2nd hand store one. 「Everything is very nice. Beds were good, place is clean, everything was as advertised. Only comment I have is this is a fishing camp and we pay good money for good places to stay when we come down. Our one main thing is having an ice machine big enough to provide ice. That is my only recommendation. The ice machine existing is fine to keep ice chests with some ice but not be able to put ice in fish box on the boats. That is a big deal to us and I’m sure to a lot of fishermen that rent the...

「Everything was pretty good. The mattresses were pretty bad. The ac/heater would not stay running. We checked filter and it was plugged almost solid. We cleaned it and it worked for us. Not having ice machine is a downfall and had I paid closer attention and known there wasn’t one I might not have rented this. Overall accomodations were good and if you do add ice machine I rent it again. Oh and even the mattress in a box would better that what I slept on. 」

「I have stayed in many VRBO rentals but NEVER have I had such a bad experience. The description states clearly that the kitchen is "fully stocked" well it isn't. There were two cups, two coffee cups, three forks, no bowls for mixing and cooking. The toilet leaked all over the kitchen floor before and after the plumber "fixed" it, the washer has mold and mildew in it, there were not ample linens, the beds had dirt in them, the mattresses have pee stains on them, the "hot" water is not hot, when I...

「Highly mediocre is how I would describe this place. The rooms, spaces etc. were not near what the photos indicated. Rooms were smaller, the ceilings were barely over 6’ tall. We had some tall guys in the group and they continually bumped their heads. There was a terrible smell on the first floor back porch and I found a sack of rotten shrimp in the fish cleaning sink. I would not stay there again.」
