Unfortunately the pool was closed, as we stayed this time after the season, but I have tried it at previous visit. Excellent service with a smiling and helpful staff. We had room 216 with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Good restaurant and bar. Nice breakfast. Quiet location only 15 minutes drive from Venice airport. One of my wife's favorite hotels in Italy."

"Simple clean safe comfortable room. If you’re enjoying vacation and need a place to rest and shower this is highly recommended. I’d go back. We booked a room for five travelers, and received a nice large room with five twin sized beds with clean and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning works really well. The staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance and we enjoyed it very much. This is a winner. "

"LOVE IT!!! Marziano is an excellent host and patiently waited for our arrival. He gave a tour of the house and explained everything. He gave us excellent suggestions for the restaurants and other attractions. He also gave us a heads up about road closure due to an international cycle rave. There is a beautiful garden and the house interior is beautifully furnished. Everything is exactly as listed and more. Marziano lives right next door but he is very quiet and we were aware of his presence...

"Die Unterkunft ist schlecht beschrieben. Wir dachten es sei ein kleines Häuschen wo wir alleine sind. Leider war dem nicht so. Die Gastgeber wohnen auch in diesem Gebäude und es waren mehrere Wohneinheiten. Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Es ist meines Erachtens nichts für Familien. Poolzeit von 11-20 Uhr und Mittagsruhe von 13-15 Uhr, man soll leise sein und die Kinder dürfen nicht herumlaufen. Die Gastgeber haben 3 Hunde die frei im Garten herumlaufen und dort auch ihre Geschäfte erledigen, es...
