"Ayant loué ce logement un peu à la dernière minute pour un court séjour en Vendée, nous ne nous attendions pas à recevoir un accueil si chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, petites attentions en prime. Tout est décoré avec goût, une literie des plus confortables, une grande salle de bain et une belle terrasse dont nous n'avons pu profiter malheureusement vu le temps. Et fouillez, plein de petits jeux de sociétés pour jeunes et adultes vous attendent. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés."

"We had a wonderful two week holiday in the Vendee. With just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to La Tranche the Villa was ideally located to satisfy all our needs. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, with a kitchen fully fitted with all mod cons. We would highly recommend this Villa and the area as a holiday destination"

"Property was great. Well laid out and beautifully finished. The pool and pool room were fantastic. 5 minute walk to the boulangerie and 12 minutes walk to the beach. Also close to La Tranche Sur Mer (30 min walk or 5 mins on the free bus)."

"We were here as a family for a celebration of my mom's life. She grew up in Noirmoutier. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, a well stocked kitchen, clean. The seating areas outside were wonderful. There are bike paths nearby that help you explore the island safely. Screens on the windows were awesome as mosquitos can be a problem on the island. This is a must if you like to sleep with a breeze. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again."

"La maison est joliment décorée et bien aménagée. Quand il fait beau on peu se mettre dehors sur une grande terrasse. Assez de place pour garer sa voiture. On peut mettre les vélos dans un endroit couvert. Et on entre dans le jardin par une porte qui se ferme automatiquement. La maison se trouve près de la plage et d' un centre commercial."

Be aware: house situated on corner of two small roads, one of which is the main access to Plage des dames; speedbump right by the house; lacking privacy from the road; neighbouring school has frequent bells on school days; bedrooms and beds are compact; one shower room upstairs and one...

"property very comfortable and plenty to entertain the children from swimming in pool to watching netflix on tv. We loved the fabulous views of the sea from the very large balcony and even found ourselves staying in some evenings and cooking which i would never do on holidays"

"The hosts were excellent and easy to contact. As the weather was not brilliant we really enjoyed the facilities at the house with darts and table football inside and table tennis outside. The pool was larger than I imagined and we did use the shelter on the pool on a wet day. Fantastic pizza's at the restaurant almost opposite the house. An excellent, sandy beach was just 800m walk down a quiet road ,but there was great range of bikes also available at the house and facility to lock up the bikes...

"House is larger than it looks on the web page. Pool was wonderful and a great temperature. Lots of sun loungers etc in garage. Only downside was there were no fans and bedrooms are all very hot."
