Amazing and romantic place with really good service and a very good restaurant with daily changing menu. The breakfast seems to be a bit pricey (somewhere around 35 per day/room) with respect to the offered products but still okay.

Recommend this hotel, absolutely wonderful. Welcome was lovely, room clean and products in bathroom really nice. Grounds of hotel were so relaxing, right on the water, beautiful views. Service from all members of staff was faultless.

Hôtel charmant et calme

Hôtel plein de charme avec un accueil très sympathique et un personnel aux petits soins. Ceci est un atout indéniable et offre une sensation de convivialité. Le restaurant propose des plats abordables, faits maison et très bons. La situation est idyllique et tranquille. Cependant, le gros bémol était le manque flagrant de ménage dans la chambre (sol collant, poussière..). Ce qui fait que le prix paraît excessif pour une chambre pas propre. Le fait qu'il sera entièrement refait à neuf à la saison prochaine nous fera revenir sans aucun doute pour le découvrir à nouveau sous un jour nouveau.

Déçu pour un 5 étoiles, aucune clim dans les chambres, responsable antipathique heureusement que le reste du personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant est agréable et professionnel En ce qui concerne la chambre qui était un four, pas de grand lit c’est 2 petits lits rapprochés et pas fixé ni à la même hauteur donc pas confortable et côté salle de bain mitigeur de la douche défectueux et sans pression, chemin pour rejoindre la rivière avec de la ferraille rouillé et détritus

Alors, comment dire ... le cadre est magnifique, on y mange bien et le repas du soir est copieux, les serveurs du soir sont très sympas, le prix de la chambre est raisonnable, mais ... que dire du "sourire" et de l'accueil de la responsable (blonde) du restaurant ... de celle qui vous accueille à l'arrivée et qui vous fait croire qu'elle vous avez été surclassé en vous filant la plus mauvaise chambre, vue mur (alors que la réservation avait était faite pour une chambre vue fleuve ...), de la capsule de café dans la chambre qu'on vous facture 80 centimes (pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ... !). Bref quelques imperfections, ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, il y a beaucoup d'incohérence, mais ça vaut quand même le coup. Un avis également mitigé sur les œuvres d'art sélectionnées dans lenceinte de l'hôtel, mais ça reste un avis personnel.
