Great Location and easy to get to from the train station

Beautiful & quaint hotel in a perfect location. Loved everything about my stay here.

Would have loved to have experienced the rooftop and look across the Øresund towards Denmark but beyond that, loved the fact that there was AC and other amenities! Second stay here and would do it again.

Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, train station, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Clean and staff were so wonderful and kind and helpful. Loved it! Will return soon!

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gym was under renovation and bed was harder than I like which is the only negatives

I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. Loved staying in such a historic and colorful harbor area. Easy walking to Hop On bus stop, canal boat tours, restaurants and walking to a street food area. A little busy due to its location to attractions, but overall the hotel is in a very enjoyable area. For those who expect A/C in their room, the Hotel does not have it, but the room had an electric fan and the weather was cool at night, so I was very comfortable.

This is a great Copenhagen hotel if you are traveling with family- has nice kitchen/laundry amenities in room. Easy walk to many popular sights and local train station is nearby. Would definitely stay here again when we return to this city. Friendly and helpful staff.
