Copenhagen Go Hotel

8/10 Good

"Small clean room, very minimal but just what we needed. We got in around midnight and the man at the desk got us checked in and on our way to our room in less than five minutes and after a long day it was much welcomed. Breakfast was such a delight! Well stocked, lots of danish treats, eggs, yogurt and lots of great coffee options. The train back to the airport was walkable, about 5 minutes. Great place to stay for an overnight layover."

"This stay was perfectly located for traveling into Copenhagen and easily accessing tourist destinations & centrally located for dining, hop on hop off bus and airport. The hotel is fairly new and the bedding is very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and the morning buffet was terrific. I highly recommend this place."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to Copenhagen Station and a large shopping mall. The hotel itself is clean and presentable, lifts are keycard operated or you can use your phone app. I tried using the phone app on my IPhone but it wouldn’t work so had to get a key card from reception. The room was small with a joining door to the next room (locked). The quilt on the double bed doesn’t actually cover the whole bed and the pillows are weird square squishy things. The rooms are quite tired, definitely showing signs of wear. There is no real clothes space, the drawer under the bed is used for towels and the “wardrobe” is a pole with some coat hangers on. No where for pants/socks etc. It’s a city hotel and overall, it’s reasonably priced for Copenhagen. If I visit the city again I would stay here."

"Check in fast and easy. To store the luggage it’s not free. Location not bad it’s more than 12 minutes walking. Rooms are tiny, and bathroom/shower area too small. Maybe this Scandinavian style, noticed it in Norway and Sweden too. Lower levels especially the ground floor rooms on the road side are noisy and can hear people walking/talking nearby. Curtains are little bit short, the sun rays enter the morning. The internet not stable, it gets off and on frequently, need to re-log most of the times. The breakfast decent and on top floor with nice view of the city."

"It was clean, tidy and near the airport. The downsides are the space is very small, the bathroom and shower are so close together that if you aren’t careful water from the shower will get into the toilet paper and toilet. Though I suppose if you just need a space to sleep, it offers what they say it offers. Lighting in the room can be improved it’s too dim, could do with a few other amenities such as face tissues etc."
