The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. "It was a great break. We met Irene in the village and she showed us how to get to the house. The house is in a very pretty spot with a secluded harbour. We loved watching the boats as they visited and also enjoyed the days when the beach was all ours. We snorkelled around the bay and saw lots of pretty fish and plants. The pool was lovely, handy robot pool cleaner. It was very hot and fire season when we were there so we couldn't cook outside for the sparks but the outdoor cooking area looked like it would also be lovely. We ate at the tables outside and watched the sunset most nights. We visited a few local towns but its very rural and very chilled out and as we wanted. Thanks so much for a lovely stay."

"Stargaze Villa is truly a gem with magnificent views from every angle. We were a group of 7 of 3 different generations and we all thoroughly enjoyed this unforgettable stay. The villa is extremely well furnished and all the rooms were very comfortable with careful attention to every detail. The hosts are so kind and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were sorry to leave and hope to be back some day."

"Great family hotel next to the seaside. Excellent staff and food. The hotel can use some renovation in the interior areas. Also the showers are open inside the room, which makes the water splash inside the bathroom. Great for a family weekend!"
