"Yes the host was fine. I'm not sure if he is new to renting a VRBO, but the condo itself had some issues. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with. "This place was better then we thought. It was very spacious, beds were extra comfy and the kitchen was super stocked. Think Grandma’s house with all the essentials and pretty much anything you could think of. I would have loved if there was a little oil and salt and pepper available for cooking without having to buy it but it was so good. The pool is not huge but it was normally quiet and all ours.. the beach is super close and also quiet. Seriously playa Flamingo was crazy but Potrero. So calm...

"Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others."

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."
