We stayed in a room with a kitchenette - everything was well appointed, and had all the kitchen necessities, this was very impressive. The bathroom and room were clean, modern and well appointed.
My one complaint was the pull out sofa bed. It was the worst sleep of my life and the most uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. When I expressed my disappointment upon check-out, I was informed that there were mattress pads for the sofa, I just had to ask - who knew! It would have been helpful if staff had mentioned that upon check-in.
