We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man brĂ€uchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin.
