「私の部屋だけが古く4畳半にも満たない部屋でした。他の白人たちの部屋はこぎれいでオーシャンビュー。私の部屋はオーシャンビューという予約だったにも関わらず、オーシャンどころかプールサイドの裏で作業部屋の近く。7時くらいにはいやでもうるさくて起こされます。しかもプールからは私の部屋や風呂が丸見え。シャワールームは汚くて、サンダルなしには入れません。街からは徒歩30分で不便です。最後の一日だけ部屋を換えてくれると言われたので、それまで我慢していましたが、結局フルブックだったので換えてくれませんでした。働いているフィジアンはとても親切でいい人たちだったんですが、私はこのホテルが悪い印象だったので、サブサブ自体にも悪い印象を持ちました。ホテルズドットコムはキャンセルができないので、田舎都市での連泊は非常に危険です。こんな高い金払ってあんな部屋を用意されるなら、同じ値段ですのでHotspring hotelをお勧めします。（部屋を確認済み）」
