This was our second stay at this lovely house on a gorgeous lake. Lots of room, huge front yard. Excellent hosts.

Perfect week

My family stayed for a week. The house met all our needs. The view of the lake was beautiful! We were able to bring our furry members of the family which was so nice. Peaceful and relaxing. Nice swimming area and great lake for fishing.

Donnell Lake Vacation

Lots of room for everyone indoors and out, the max we had at any one time was 12.Owners very responsive with small issues we had.It wasn’t quite as clean as Iexpected,a few dead bugs here and there and some dust webs.Our biggest issue was stepping dog doo emptying our car upon arrival and watching the owners dog go in our yard and not clean it up.It certainly didn’t ruin our stay just want others to he aware.

Great Cottage!

We had 3 families, siblings and our children and we had the best time. Perfect set up, perfect deck, plenty of room, a 5 star from us!!

Great Owner - Lovely House

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was fantastic—perfect for a relaxing getaway with easy access to the lake. The owner was exceptional, with top-notch communication and a swift response to any concerns we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The lake itself was warm and perfect for kids, with plenty of opportunities for swimming and enjoying the paddle boat. We also spent a day at Diamond Lake, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip.A small note for future guests: the house provides only starter supplies of essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, so be sure to bring extra if you're staying for more than a couple of days. Overall, a fantastic stay with only minor considerations that didn't detract from our experience. Highly recommend!

Spur of the moment family trip

Great stay on Lake Donnell. Owner lives next door to property and was very quick to help. There was a problem w air conditioning and he quickly fixed it. House was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the lake and paddle boat. Was surprised a little that there was a hill to get to the lake but it didn’t deter us from anything. Just should be aware if elderly people in your group that it could be difficult to get to lake and come back up. There is a child’s chair there and upstairs has a gate which was a great help for our group. Great view of the lake! Would definitely stay again! group. Thanks for a great stay and Jammie.

Beautiful Lake House

Lake house is very welcoming. Good amount of parking for boat trailers and vehicles. The house was clean and has a beautiful view of the lake. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Charming house on a beautiful lake!

We loved our week at this very nice house on Donnell Lake! The owners are kind and helpful. The house is clean and well cared for. The huge front lawn between the house and the lake makes a great playground. We hope to visit again soon.

A perfect gals getaway

Five girlfriends had a wonderful getaway for three nights mid-Oct. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, but we had a blast anyway. Hosts were very quick with their responses and their house was cleanly, and cute as a button. We played cards, worked a puzzle, watched some football and a movie, and cooked up some fabulous food to our hearts content. Beautiful view of the lake too!

That View!!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! Communication with owners was excellent! The house and property was very well maintained, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and very inviting! The views of the lake were second to none! My family had a wonderful time, despite the rainy weather! We will be staying here again! Thank you so much! A++++

Perfect lake house!

Wonderful lakefront location on Lake Donnell with room to play and enjoy all the lake has to offer! Terrific great room and back patio for family to gather and enjoy the beauty! Plenty of room for us to spread out. We hope to be back!

Fabulous lake house

What an amazing weekend at this fabulous lake house! We had a 60th birthday celebration with our family and it was incredible! Absolutely the best spot on Donnell Lake - highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

We had a great time at Donnell Lake! The house was very accommodating for all of us, the deck was a great space to gather as well as the deck down by the lake. We also lucked out in the weather department and had great weather for an earlier season stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great experience for first time using vrbo

Had a great experience. Was first time through vrbo. The hosts were great. Responded quickly to any questions I had. They were very accommodating. The house was very clean. Beautiful home. Have no complaints. Would definitely rent again

Loved it!!!

It was very beautiful place exactly what we needed for our senior girls to get ready for there Prom! Everyone enjoyed there self and I would recommend this property to anyone especially if u need the space and to hangout with friends and family!

Spacious accommodations with excellent lake views. Indoor space is clean and well appointed. Outdoor deck is great for a family get together. Look forward to being back again.
