Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina
Staff at front desk was rude (3 people serving 1 client, and another came on the other side and served a couple that arrived after me), the paid parking, advertised as parking available which is misleading (should say paid parking), didn’t have any washcloths to shower with.

Rosedale On Robson Suite Hotel
The room is dated and the lights went off in the bedroom and bathroom. The staff said there is a master switch only after I checked out.

Pan Pacific Vancouver
Only 2 front desk agents working during check in is unacceptable, especially on valentines with 2 conventions happening. There were about 6 people ahead of us and it took almost 40 min to check in and our room wasnt ready - the system updated and showed our room available at the end of our check ...
