「This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo. Parking is very good off-season. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Usually very quiet and a good sleep. We asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen for some reason. 」

「Room was clean, liked the shampoo and conditioner, road wasn’t to loud even being on the road side. Only thing is breakfast should be longer than 930 especially on the weekend. We went at 910 and there was no much left 」

「We absolutely loved our room and the hotel and surrounding property plus truly appreciated the upgraded room! It is definitely a site to see on the inside and out. I think the only negative is the menu and food options. They need to work on the menu, food presentation and preparation. I think that it definitely needs some real improvements. Everything else was great! 」

「There are no stores unless you take a bus to downtown, and it is difficult to buy food easily. Also, at noon, the cleaning staff unlocked our room and entered without permission, which was scary. It was very unusual for a hotel not to provide a tag or magnet that said "no cleaning required," which was very annoying.」
