Wake up in your comfy King sized bed in a modern spacious condo with views of downtown Vancouver and False Creek. Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Gym! Nestled at the edge of Chinatown, Gastown and Yaletown, you’ll enjoy the best food and events scene in Vancouver just steps away from your door. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, sleeps 8. A 2 min walk to Gastown, Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain Station, Sea Wall, Roger's Arena, BC Place, and Science World. Fast Wi-Fi, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Netflix, 1 Free Secure Parking!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and den condo on the 21st floor. Downtown and False Creek views.

The Main Bedroom boasts a King Sized bed with city views, facing South-East. Enjoy better sleeps, or faster jet lag adjustment by using the black out blinds provided. The Main Bedroom has a walk-through closet to the ensuite bathroom which includes a stand-alone bathtub. Please note that this bathroom cannot be used for showering purposes, only bathing.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with city and water views facing South, watch the sunrise if you'd like! Or sleep in easily by drawing the black out curtains completely closed. The 2nd bedroom includes a full closet.

The living room has a full sectional sofa, perfect for the entire family to relax together after a long day of exploring the city and going out on excursions. Enjoy watching some shows together on the 50" TV with Netflix, Crave, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. Some cable channels are also available.

The Sectional Sofa has a Double sized, commercial grade pull-out bed with a 5" memory foam mattress. Bedding and extra pillows can be found in the 2nd bedroom closet.

The Den is great for smaller adults or kids! 2 stacked bunk beds fill the room, and privacy has been created with a blackout curtain that can be drawn closed.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably, for meals or snacks at your home away from home. The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, a full knife block set, cutting boards, baking pans, mixing bowls, and a full coffee and decaf coffee station with a selection of teas. You can easily choose to enjoy home cooked meals instead of always eating out or having to-go food while on vacation.

You'll be able to access the entire 2 bedroom condo, located on the 21st floor. You will be given a custom access code for the duration of your stay, along with instructions on how to gain access to the building, get up to the condo, and access your secured parking spot.

You'll also be able to access the swimming pool, the hot tub, the sauna, and the fitness centre located on the 2nd floor during your stay.

We are available through messaging, Whats App, text, and/or phone call throughout your stay if you have any questions. Our phone number becomes available as soon as you confirm your booking. If it’s during the hours of 12am-8am we may not answer, as our phones are on “do not disturb.” If it’s an emergency, please call the emergency numbers provided in the Guidebook located in the condo. If it's after hours and you cannot gain access to the property, please call us twice within 1 minute to get through, this will have your phone call go through while her phone is on "do not disturb."

Right at the edge of Chinatown, nestled between the edge of Yaletown and Historic Gastown

The Skytrain is steps from our lobby, and is the fastest way to travel anywhere in the city on public transit. We have 1 free parking stall included with our place in case you have a car or SUV. For additional vehicles, there is underground pay parking for about $30 per day.

The parking spot is characteristic of downtown Vancouver underground parking spots, it could be considered tight. I can park my full size SUV there, however, other passengers would need to exit the vehicle first. Large trucks aren't recommended.

We require our guests to verify their ID through our boarding pass link.

I understand that 99.9% of my guests understand and will treat my home like it's their own, and treat it respectfully, but sometimes we have some bad apples and want to prevent and eliminate any problems.

HOUSE RULES:

1) Please no shoes in the house, and respect the space like it is your own.

2) Please be very careful with the keys/FOBS. They are expensive to replace (up to $200 fee per FOB)

3) Please close and lock the door when you leave the condo, this will keep your own belongings secure. **Please make sure to take a FOB key every time you leave the condo for the duration of your stay**

4) Please if there is any water emergency, like flooding or spillage at any time (24/7), please call the concierge right away (Espana Building Concierge info located in the on-site guidebook). The water shut off valves are located in the wall of the small bunk bed room - behind 2 white panels that are 8" x 8"

5) Please treat our home with respect:
Please don't flush sanitary items, wet wipes, etc down the toilet
Please don’t burn down the condo, no candles.
Please don't leave water running unattended
Please don't eat drippy/staining food at the table

6) No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals at the dining table. Stains on the couch, bed linens or towels will be reported by our cleaning team and special rush cleaning fees of up to $400 per stained area could be incurred.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.

8) Please keep a close eye on children near windows or on the balcony.

9) Illegal downloads are not permitted. If you’re found guilty, government fines can run about $5000 per movie, and these fines could be passed on to you.

10) There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the suite or on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited within 6 meters of any entrance, window, or a building air intake according to provincial bylaws. Anyone caught will be subjected to a $200 fine each offense and you could forfeit your stay with us. No Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana or Vaping. Our neighbours report infractions.

11) No parties or loud noise after 10pm. The condo is surrounded by neighbours nearby. The neighbours have complained in the past. If continued, this activity will forfeit your stay. The building has a lot of security and there are cameras at the lobby door, the garbage room, the garage gates and in every elevator. We will be notified by the concierge if there is any suspicious activity or bylaw fines. These bylaw fines will be forwarded to you. A $1000 fine could be incurred for each violation of our "No Party" rules, or if there are noise complaints from the neighbours.

12) If you are driving, it is imperative that you WAIT for each gate to close behind you when entering and exiting the parking garage or you will be charged a $200 fine each time.

13) No animals allowed. If any animals are reported or found at the property, a $400.00 detailing cleaning fee will be charged due to possible animal hair and dander allergy issues.

14) If you're using the amenities in the building, please be respectful to the other people using the facilities. Be sure you shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi, no food, no running, no yelling and screaming, and you must not play music in the pool area.

15) The gym is only for 18 years or older and everyone must have proper running shoes. Please wipe down the equipment after use and if you're a loud grunter when lifting heavy weights, please keep your grunts to a minimum to respect others using the gym. ;)

16) Do not throw anything out the windows or off the balcony. You can hurt or possibly kill someone and/or cause major damage to the properties below. If caught, the police will be called, your stay will be canceled. You could also be fined up to $1000+ per infraction based on the damage.

17) No bike storage included for guests staying less than 45 days. For guests staying longer than 45 days, bike storage is available with additional fees. Please inquire before booking.

18) When checking out, please ensure that you have cleared the fridge, run the dishes in the dishwasher, and sorted the garbage and recycling. An additional $50 fee may apply for kitchen clean-up (if very messy). If you dispose of items in the garbage area that don't belong there, bylaw infraction fees will be forwarded to you (up to $300 per infraction).

19) Guests must complete digital check-in via Enso Connect and sign our rental agreement prior to receiving access instructions

20) Mandatory Security Deposit or Damage Waiver fee for all bookings:

The option will be accessible in your boarding pass once your booking is confirmed. This process needs to be completed in order to access your check-in information.

The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the Province of BC's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is not included in the total booking cost. This fee covers accidental damage to the property or its contents during the rental period, up to a maximum of $1500. The Damage Waiver does not cover: Intentional damage or negligence, Theft or loss of items, Damage caused by smoking, unauthorized pets, or unapproved guests, Excessive cleaning due to rule violations (e.g., parties, unauthorized events). Any damages not covered by the waiver, or damages exceeding the waiver limit, will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged to the card on file or pursued via a formal claim.

Nice place with a beautiful view. Surrounding neighborhood is not the most pristine but doesn’t take away from the experience, might even say it adds to it.

Clean property in excellent location. overall worked well for our party of 6. 3 bedrooms is a bit misleading as the twin bunk beds are located behind a curtain not a door. The check in process is a bit different than the many vrbo's I have used. We had communicated for an early check in by 1 hour, however the access code did not work until exactly 4pm and were required to wait for an hour. Overall I would recommend for others to stay, pending your needs.
