Featuring 12 ft ceilings, air conditioning, and is right on the water - with breathtaking views that are a must see. This unit has never been lived in and is a rare and unique experience. Very family or group friendly.

The space
This 2023 sq ft penthouse features hardwood flooring, Italian Scavolini kitchen, Bosch appliances, floor to ceiling windows and central air conditioning. 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds), and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy private 1770 sq ft wrap around deck extending to all bedrooms, as well as additional private 2232 sq ft rooftop deck. Includes 2 reserved parking spaces in secured underground. Cable TV and wifi included.

Sorry, building amenities are available only to guests staying 30+ days and must register with the Pinnacle Hotel. Monthly renters - Use of all the amenities at the Pinnacle hotel for free. These include an indoor, five-lane, 80-foot lap pool, as well as a steam room, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a whirlpool, a yoga studio, executive meeting rooms, and a fully equipped gym.

The 100 ft long St. Roch Dock is located next to the Burrard Dry Dock Pier and can accommodate smaller vessels such as pleasure crafts, harbour tours or water taxis. Free moorage is permitted for a maximum of three hours on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Cable television is provided.

North Vancouver vacation
Beautiful beautiful views. Had a fabulous time at this well appointed condo . Close to hikes, restaurants and the sea bus . Very comfortable condo with fully equipped kitchen . Would maybe recommend 1 more frying pan in the kitchen . Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the harbour watching the sunsets . Highly recommend it .

Penthouse Living
This is a truly incredible place with amazing views in all directions. The outdoor decks are huge with more room then the entire family can use. Just outside the door was Lonsdale Market with was very handy for grabbing food or just strolling. The sea bus terminal was also a short walk from the condo which we took a few time straight into down town Vancouver. Overall we where very impressed with the area and luxury condo. Thanks Steve, we hope to see you again in the future.

Incomparable view!
Amazing views and endless deck options in this well-appointed penthouse suite. We took a billion photos! Owner was dealing with some cleaning staff issues which affected our stay, but I’m sure those will be ironed out for future guests

This penthouse was absolutely amazing!! It was located at a perfect spot and had amazing views of north Vancouver and Downtown. The penthouse it self had everything you could possibly need, which to myself was very important. And last but not least Steve the property manager always kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything, he made sure our stay was absolutely delightful. I was very impressed!!! Also we loved having private parking as well which was very secure. Loved loved loved staying here, we would definitely rebook again in the future!
