My rental unit in the heart of Edgemont Village is a fantastic place to stay. Here are some key features and highlights:

Private and Self-Sustained: The rental unit is a separate, private space located on the bottom floor of a house. This ensures privacy and independence during your stay. The upstairs house is not part of the rental, offering exclusive access to the basement suite.

Brand-New and Well-Equipped: The unit is brand-new, providing a fresh and modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a full-size fridge, range, oven, microwave, and toaster. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer is also available in the unit.

What a spectacular place! We loved viewing movies in the home theater and high tech touches throughout the apartment!The neighborhood is lovely - we enjoyed walking to Munro Frazer Park and along Edgemont Boulevard to cafes and shops.We explored the Vancouver area one day: swimming at Kitsiliano Pool and Third Beach, Stanley Park, Seawall walk, Granville Island and False Creek ferry.Another day, we drove the spectacular Sea To Sky Highway, stopping at Shannon Falls, Squamish, Brandywine Falls.

Great place, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! Max was a great host and the place was very clean with a lot of nice amenities. We loved how close we were to Capilano and Grouse Mt, and we would walk into the village every morning for coffee and pastries. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This place was exactly as listed with some great "extra touches" very roomy. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It was walking distance to the small town of Edgemont Village. Our tripwas very enjoyable

For our 1st girl trip, we found the perfect place. It was close to all our planned adventures. Great neighborhood for walks with girls talk. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The host was accommodating and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent location for exploring Vancouver

This was the perfect place for staying with teens. The 3 generous bedrooms are spaced apart allowing everyone to sleep in. The large projector was great for family nights after a day of walking the city. From this location you can walk to coffee shops and bakeries and a large grocery store. Highly recommend!

Visiting family in Edgemont Village area

Great place to stay with our large family, lots of space for the adult kids and the younger ones to spread out. Certainly nice having two bathrooms, laundry and kitchen as well. This is one of our main go to VRBOs when we visit family in North Van. Max and his family have been great hosts! Thank you, MJ

Luxurious Basement Apartment

Easy to get to, easy to get places in North Vancouver and the nearby mountain resorts. We stayed over Christmas with our immediate family. Extra parking across the side street where the entrance is on the side of the house. Max was great communicating and was a gracious host.

Beautiful Home in Great Neighborhood

The host (Matt) was extremely helpful and a great guy. The rental property looks exactly like the photos, which I have found to be an issuewith past Vrbo rentals. We were very impressed and felt like a wonderful home away from home. The location is perfect! Nice local establishments within walking distance. All the beautiful, scenic popular destinations British Columbia has to offer are a short driving distance from rental. Definitely would stay again at this beautiful rental.

Comfortable and spacious space

The property was very spacious and was able to accommodate my mother and two teenage family members very comfortably. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen as it was very well equipped. The property was very clean with several amenities to make our stay very easy. We very much appreciated the ability to have two entertainment setups so the group could watch TV at the same time. Overall, the listing was very accurate and I would recommend staying at the property. We also enjoyed being a 7 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants as well.

Suited All Of Our Needs!

Party of 6 visiting Vancouver prior to our cruse to Alaska. This place was exceptional and just as described! Everyone within our group was pleased with all of the accommodations and amenities included within the home. The host and property manager were always prompt to respond to any of our questions. The surrounding community and shops were lovely and within walking distance of the home. EVERYTHING about this home suited our travel needs and allowed us to be close to tourist attractions as well as the cruise terminal, Canada Place. 100% will book again if we're ever back in Vancouver!

Family wedding in Vancouver

Just returned from a family holiday in Vancouver. We made a good decision to stay at Max’s place, it was perfect for us, very well appointed, great quality appliances and bedding, great location, walking distance to shops, near to Capilano suspension bridge and Grouse mountain. As it a basement conversion (and a lovely one at that) there is limited natural light so we did need the lights on all the time but this is a very minor point. Max was very quick to help with any queries we raised. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. Lovely stay.

Perfect Place To Stay

This is a gorgeous suite with so much space and great features. We especially loved the bar and living area - such a cool space to hang out and play games with really nice lighting. The rooms were very spacious and our boys absolutely loved the movie room! The beds were very comfortable and the suite was exceptionally clean, and I am very fussy about cleanliness. Location was awesome and very quiet but convenient to everything. Max was super quick to respond to any questions I had when booking and extremely helpful with all my questions. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is great value and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect!

This was a wonderful place to stay in North Vancouver. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants, in a super cute neighborhood. We walked down to have our coffee and enjoyed some pastries from a nearby bakery. We rented some bikes and did some more exploring nearby. Max was an amazing host - he is so friendly and helpful! We needed a couple of things from him, that were really outside of what a host would or should do, but he did it for us without hesitation and was so nice! I would 100% recommend this house for a vacation rental and if we ever go back, we would book this place again!

Totally met our needs

Very comfortable and spacious apartment and located in a terrific neighborhood that is just steps away from cafes and small boutiques. Loved that there was onsite parking and the host was very accommodating. Perfect for our short get-away weekend. We were in Vancouver to attend the Laver Cup tennis tournament. For the portions where we didn't have tickets, we hoped to watch in the apartment media room. Unfortunately we were not able to get that working, even with the host's assistance (so this is our only disappointment). The other TV did work though.

Awesome Place

This was an awesome place to stay in North Vancouver. It's close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and a very cute town where the stores are walking distance. The place is very clean and big enough for our family of 8. Definitely recommend for your next family vacation.
