"The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. "

"Aside from the check in snafu. They fixed immmediatly. The house was clean the fenced backyard was awesome for our pet. We were traveling with our two small children and three adults, and we were all very comfortable , We sat outside in the evening and watched the fireflies. It was great. "My communications with the host were very timely. I opted to add an additional night to my stay and the host quickly accommodated my request. This property seemed like it was brand new. "We got the room at the end of the hallway on the 1st floor, conveniently by the free EV charging station. We also attended a concert next door at the Mercedes Benz Ampitheater, which was less than a 5-minute walk. Staying at the hotel basically guaranteed us the best parking spot for the concert!"
