Such a great place to stay! Absolutely amazing!

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. I wish I would receive my Hilton points.

Staff extremely professional. Beautiful facility. Top-notch service oriented staff. Parking challenging because you always have to use valet to park your car making leaving the property via car more cumbersome and time consuming.

The accommodations were pleasant and well-maintained. The door had a slight gap, allowing some light from the hallway to enter; however, overall, the room exceeded my expectations. A downside was that the cleaning staff did not initially attend to the disposal of the trash, which required three requests over the course of two days before it was addressed. During our four-day stay, the accumulation of refuse became a concern. Breakfast was great each day, and staff exceeded my expectations.

The entire staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded complimentary for unknown reasons and i had no complaint. I was disappointed that the breakfast wasn't included and was very pricey which i knew prior to booking but most double trees offer it. I also didn't like the paying for parking which i also knew prior to booking however Juan was able to discount it for me the hotel is a little dated but very clean . I enjoyed my stay overall
