バン バルザ ホテル

「The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you」

「I would like to say the first night was good. But i do have a issue with you need to put down a depost to park you car and you only get half back when you check out, that was 15.50, The second day i finger that the cleaning crew would come in the room and pick up the wet towels and clean up a bit ,, but nothing. Breakfast was good, Also the they need to spray for bugs were in the bathroom The money i spent should have been better and the walk way to get on the beach was locked never was fixed...

「We had a great time at this location. It was only five stories six rooms across each level, which made it quaint. Our room walked out right to the pool and only a few more feet away was the axis point to get down to the beach would stay there again.」

「Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it. We...

「I would like to express my disappointment with my stay. The hotel room was horrible and very dirty, and the shower was broken and not functioning properly. This was unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. I expected much better conditions and service.」

「We loved this place, great customer service, clean modern rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. It was quiet, relaxing and one of the best places we’ve stayed at near Daytona shores. 」

「It was a nice little motel, the floors were a little bit grimy. I'm assuming from all the sand that is tracked in on a daily basis, the bath linens could use upgraded. They were very used, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, never saw any hotel staff, everything was electronically set to you to check in. They did bring us new towels when we texted and asked them to they got right on it. Would stay again when our next visit」

「The max is a very nice place to visit. However when you have more than 2 ppl checking in you would think they would give you more than 2 towels for 6 ppl...Damian at the front desk was so nice and helpful...we had to contact him several times for towels and toilet paper. He was so nice and friendly. I think they need to shampoo the carpets as ppl come in from the pool and the beach and of everyone walks on the carpet barefoot which is expected so the rooms with carpet had a mildew mold kinda...

「They need better housekeeping There was a stain on the bedding upon checking in on our first day ..the tv remote was dusty the toilet paper was extremely cheap, the water pressure was not very great and other then the check in lady who was friendly the rest of the staff was kind of rude with jokes or directions treating us poorly(night shift guy) but I will say the view was beautiful but don’t think I’d ever stay here again on a special occasion.」

「Just an average hotel. I rate 6.5 out of 10」
