In general, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and a good size and the beds were comfortable. Included breakfast is basic but was pretty good and fresh. There is construction going on but it didn't disturb us during our stay. Only issue we didn't like was there is not enough parking spaces. Had to park in overflow across the street or in the middle of the lot.

Breakfast was hot and tasty. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great. But.. They can paint all they want..its still on older hotel.. carpet squares on the floor. No counter top in the bath just a pedestal sink and rusty short wire shelving.. this is not representative of the Hampton Inn's we are accustom to. There are too many other choices in the area. We wont be back.

Room was decent. Staff was friendly. Parking was horrible. Not being able to reach the beach with out walking to neighbor's property was not ideal. I would stay again but only after fixes after complete.

Excellent breakfast make your own waffles, hot egg and potatoes and sausages, staff was very helpful and attentive. excellent views even the ‘partial ocean view’ rooms. A great value in terms of location, size and accommodations. Only complaints were the construction going on, the hottub was down, there’s no shade or umbrellas by the pool, and the floors in the rooms need a serious deep clean, other than that it was perfect getaway and would be glad to stay here again.

Property was under major repair. Limited parking. Construction equipment running from 8 to 5. Entrances was removed no covered areas to unload our vehicle. Forcing us to unload in the rain. Ice machine only worked on two of the eight floors.

There was no beach access from the hotel. A lot of construction. No parking without going across the street. Breakfast was not very good either. Rubber sausage patties and took 10 minutes to cook a waffle.

The rooms were clean, the views were amazing! The parking is atrocious… There’s not many spots, but they do have parking across the street… I did not like the fact that I paid almost $400 for 2 nights, and they charge for parking daily! There was no beach access due to construction from a hurricane that happened a couple years ago.

Best part of this hotel was the ocean view. Check in was late and front desk kept saying it was housekeepings fault, got a room went up and the floor was wet and had to get a different room, elevator was broken so only one working and it took forever to get up and down from 8th floor, steps to beach closed even tho it looks like an easy fix.

Not enough parking, parking was roped off on the weekend. Walkway to beach was closed, had to walk down the road to reach the beach. Breakfast bar was plenty. Room cleaned not daily but if you asked they would have what you needed, soap, to. Refrigerator and microwave were on the floor, very difficult to use.

The access to the beach was blocked due to previous storm damage. This was very disappointing as I disabled and use a walker and was looking forward to being able to get to the ocean
