Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee...
Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity.

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

"Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster-diesbezüglich keine Info bei der Buchung! Kein Frühstück- die Angabe ist falsch!Die Wände sind nass und dementsprechend riecht das Zimmer. Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. "Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas.
