「駐車場、出入り管理を簡単にして欲しい！スモークエリアを作って欲しい！」

「チェックイン、アウト、ツアーデスクなど親切に対応してくれました。 レンタル自転車を借りたとき、蓮の見どころを聞いたら、親切に教えてくれました。 一番奥のエリアに泊まりました。Spaやプール、レストランは近いですが、朝食のレストランやフロントは遠いです。 チェックアウトの12：000には、電気自動車を待つ人がたくさんいたので、余裕を持って呼んだ方がいいです。 部屋は広くて、天井も高く、木のぬくもりがあるお部屋でした。エアコンの効きもいいです。 シャワールームと浴槽が分かれているのが良かったです。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、備え付けのボディーソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーがありました。 周囲はお店などは有りませんでした。観光では、バンロンがあり、竹の船で水上を散策出来ました。」

「朝食のハムが臭かったのでスタッフに伝えたがそのままだった。なぜ新しい物を出さないのか？それからパンの種類が減って残念。 でも仕事でまたフーリーに来たら泊まります。」

「The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. 」

「The property was peaceful and felt out of the way, but access to cars using Grab was always easy and fast, and inexpensive. The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean, with bottled water added every day.
