"We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...

"The beach villa was clean, with good quality linens and towels. Welcome fruit and all the toiletries etc for your stay. The staff and manager were incredible, their attention to detail and eagerness to assist was truly a joy! Yhe whole staff team were Professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this resort for everybody to meet the real Viet Nam! Its a must.
