"If it’s your first time going to Lego land and planing on staying at the hotel. Totally worth it!! My kids loved it, pool was great, breakfast was good. Service is ok but definitely willing to stay a couple nights again. Trying to get badges was fun but sometimes uncomfortable. Some staff were helpful and nice about not having badges and others seemed annoyed and would say no and walk away. Which made me not want to ask anyone anymore."

"Beatiful resort, parking fee is $45 for self parking. We rented suite, great size and view but would have been nice to have a mini fridge in luving room area. Great staycation. "

"The only staff I interacted with was the front desk and food service. Both were friendly and helpful. Front desk helped me connect with the internet, and food service accommodated special requests. Both were very much appreciated."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel & my experiences were very different. I stayed here in 2021 & enjoyed my stay, we were given complementary champagne, our room was clean & had a wonderful view. S’mores kits were delivered to our room & the pool was clean. This time, I went back now having a little family & my experience was nice, staff was helpful & friendly, especially the woman who checked us in & another woman who was working the outdoor pool bar. I will say I was disappointed with the rooms this time. The door barely closed- creating a concern for security , the bed seemed like it needed a new mattress & the staff said they were out of s’mores kits & they weren’t readily available the next few days we were there. We still made the best of our time, but definitely wish we had a better room & hoping they make a few upgrades to their room doors."

"I honestly expected more the moment I got their valet people were rude, took my nieces and my mom expecting the pool experience to be a little bit. More fun for kids not only is the bar and food area far from where the kids section is no one ever approached us to take our order. I had to physically get up, having my niece to help me and for her to get in trouble for my worker saying this is a 21 or older area, but I obviously I needed someone to help me with the food Other than that, the restaurants in the casino weren’t the best. We wanted to have a nice dinner, but they all closed earlier than we expected."
