「Don’t change a thing!」

「We had a wonderful time. The house is colorful and filled with whimsical art, which we enjoyed. Very convenient to the town of Murphys, only about 2 miles away. We would definitely stay there again. We would have loved to spend time on the back patio. Unfortunately for us, the week we chose was rainy off and on. Access was easy compared to other experiences we have had. Owner very amicable.」

「Very nice property close to wineries. Very clean and all household amenities provided.」

「The house was perfect for our stay in Oakdale. Exactly as the photos portrayed it, very clean and tidy, with a nice private backyard. However, I would have to say BEWARE OF EXORBITANT SECURITY DEPOSIT. I was unaware of this requirement until three days before our stay when I was required to pay the full amount of the deposit plus the rental fee for the one night stay. 「Nice estate. Very clean, with plenty of amenities. Great, responsive host.」

「The house was a perfect space for our group. Lots of room for our little ones to run and play. Big spacious kitchen for when we prepared meals. Check-in and out were a breeze. This is the first space I've rented where they didn't have any check-out rules. Plus if you forgot anything at home, Walmart and plenty of other stores and food spots are only a couple minutes away. Definitely would stay here again.」

「This home is quaint and charming. It’s just a little walk into town and 1 minute walk to the coffee shop! 3 bedrooms spread out with a good amount of room. Nice bedding and furnishings, upgraded main bathroom is really nice. Our favorite part was the backyard with deck and table surrounded by lovely tall trees with the sounds of nature!」

「The house was so cute and in the perfect location—so close to Main Street for wine tasting! Eric was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!」

「Space for all of us to mingle & simply be together .」

「Ease of entry, layout, comfort and cleanliness all great. It’s a bit run down with blinds that don’t work, a big hole in the back screen door and bbq appears to no be cleaned on the regular ( the grease catch was full).」

「Loved this place. So cute & nice!」
