We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. "This boat was such fun. We had a great time. I don't know if six adults could really fit overnight but our 3 teens and I had a great time. There are two tiny adorable bedding areas. It's So fun!
