「Excellent atmosphere 」

「The New Inn was such a beautiful and relaxing vacation destination. It was like a a Tuscan get away the grounds so beautiful from the vineyard to the private patios to the immaculate rooms to the morning breakfast delivered to your room at your time request. The owners of the Inn took so much pride into building this beautiful place so thier guest can enjoy it. We want to thank the owner and her staff for their hospitality and going out of their way to make sure we were enjoying your stay during...

「Amenities 」

「I drove up to a residential neighborhood with cars parked on the side of the road and packed into driveways.....the facility is a private residence, and it felt creepy. I think a lot of houses in the neighborhood are renting rooms, because the number of cars on the streets and driveways is not normal. My recommendation is to fully advertise that this is a bedroom in a single family residence. I chose to leave and drive back to Laguna Hills, at midnight.」

「Mark was great! We had a couple of small requests and he took care of them immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable.」

「The room was fine! But I would say the steps are really unsafe for older people. There was a warning about steps but no mention of how steep and uneven heights of the steps. The handrails were essential but somewhat overgrown with branches of the bushes growing next to the handrails.」
