Ideal location in the city centre. Next to a beautiful park and short walk to the train station. Professional friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Comfy large room but no air con. Good parking for suv just a little tight to enter through the door. Would definitely come back to this hotel and visit the wonderful city and people of Valladolid again.

Very nice, friendly staff person welcomed us, knew that we have stayed here before, and was very quick and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and have everything you'd want. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of the train station which is important to us. We like the nearby promendade also. The building is beautiful and the inside is classic. The breakfast has a great variety and is a nice way to start your day.

Easy to find and ideal location from the main Valladolid train station. Reception/restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful (also spoke English well). General cleanliness excellent, lovely ambience and nice classic decor. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Tea/coffee/water provided in room and in reception area. Good breakfast choices.
