The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants, main attractions.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It has fridge, microwave and some coffee/tea supplies.
The room was never cleaned during our stay.
There is absolutely no staff on site. We had no issues while there, but if issues arise (leaks, not working lights, etc.) the only way is to contact someone from the phone downstairs. The internet link to order breakfast or modify the reservation did not work for us.

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre et accessible à pied facilement. Par contre, le lit devait être grand, mais plutôt un lit double standard dans une chambre très petite. Les tapis des corridors sont dus pour être lavés ou changés. La chambre était propre.

Good location, not far from the train station and trams. Supermarkets nearby and shopping centres close. Easy walking distance to Market Square and Senate Square. The bedroom in the apartment was quite small. Not a lot of space between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was also small. The sitting area and kitchen were a good size. No storage area for clothing other than hanging space. Very quiet street, no noise from outside.
