"For someone like me who always takes the time to observe everything, I am completely satisfied. From both a security and staff perspective, I am entirely satisfied. The staff is so exceptional and polite; they believe a guest should never feel dissatisfied. Since I started traveling to the Philippines and staying in hotels, one thing that has truly struck me is the cleanliness, especially after my room was cleaned. The room was spotless and smelled wonderful. I know that a housekeeper's time management relies on precise timing (generally 20 to 30 minutes per room) and a strategic order of cleaning. That's why I give a professional rating to these two people: Mia Ituralde and her colleague Dacca Bibiano. In this short time, they managed to clean a room as well as they always do. But Mia has a secret: she always leaves her signature when she has cleaned a room. Anyone who places great importance on the cleanliness of their room could discover its secret by entering the bathroom. I highly recommend that anyone seeking tranquility, satisfaction and cleanliness stay at this hotel."
