「Das Häuschen war hübsch aber in die Jahre gekommen. Plastik Garten Möbel mit ausgeschossenen Auflagen . Im Bad gab es defekte Fugen und lose Steckdose am Boiler. Die Lage des Hauses war O. K aber viel Baulärm von morgens bis abends. Strom wird am Ende des Aufenthaltes extra abgerechnet. Bei 14 Tagen dreistelliger Betrag.Matratze zu klein fürs Bettgestell. Für Haustier extra Geld verlangt. Haben wir nicht bezahlt da im Vertrag nicht vereinbart. Insgesamt keine 3 Sterne wert!!」

「The villa is in need of a refurbishment, nothing would appear to have been done since construction in about the 1990s. The layout was unconventional with the kitchen effectively spread over 3 rooms. The basement Beer Keller was a weird vibe. The A/C worked in the rooms we were using, but not in the 3rd bedroom. The bath tap didn’t work, so the bath had to be with the shower hose. The linen was clean but old, and the pillows old and hard ( we improvised with cushions from the living room). ...

「Everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful, cozy, private, comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen complete with a coffeemaker to make freshly brewed coffee in the mornings. The hosts are simply wonderful. Patricia gave me restaurant and shopping advice that were perfect. The villa is near to everywhere which was perfect as we did not drive more than ten minutes to restaurants, shopping, cafe and bars. It is also just one hour away from Valencia airport. 「I really liked this house, there was plenty of space and gorgeous views from the top terrace. The neighbours were friendly and there is a great local restaurant/bar about a minute’s walk away and another bar about two minutes walk away. Checking in with Gail, who looks after the house was easy and she is a mine of information having lived in the area! Although parking can be tricky near the house, there is a municipal car park about 5 mins walk away ( I always use the car park when I visit...

「Haus, Zimmer, Einrichtung, Aussenbereich und Lage sehr gut.Geschirr und Gläser für 6 Pers. nicht ausreichend. Eine Bratpfanne (war zerkratzt) und ein grosses Küchenmesser haben wir selbst besorgt.Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und erholsam.」
