Singular Stays Parque Central XV

Our guest will have at their disposal in the apartment 3 double bedrooms, one double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower and glazed kitchen fully equipped.

In addition, the flat has free wifi, Smart TV, safe box, iron, terrace and original mosaic floor.



The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the tkey by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our free luggage storage based at the reception.



For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location with very comfy beds. Immaculately clean, easy check in and out (including a late check out to fit in with our train to Barcelona). Bike storage on the ground floor an additional bonus. A fantastic experience.

Great apartment and location

The location of this apartment is great. The apartment is spacious and very tastefully furnished and decorated. We really liked the original mosaic floors, the good sized bedrooms and shower rooms. The kitchen had everything one needed and the kitchen cupboards were uncluttered and well organised. It was good to have shower/hair gel, liquid hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, clean/new dish cloth/scourer. Would recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in Ruzafa/Valencia. Thanks to Maria & Ana for your help and assistance over the last 2 years while we have been waiting (hoping) to travel to Valencia :) The apartment was great, but dealing with the following would make it even better:- Door handle on one of the bedroom doors was very stiff and difficult to open once fully closed. The plug was missing from the kitchen sink. It would have been good to have had a larger Tea Towel in the kitchen.

Agredable piso, luminoso y espacioso. The guests were very noisy the last two nights, they were loudly speaking and closing the doors till 3am. Maybe if you could do some more with these situations, that would be helpful!

Heel ruim, modern, nieuw en schoon appartement. Heel mooi oud pand wat opnieuw gerenoveerd is. Omdat het oud is, is het wel wat gehorig. Verder alles erg netjes en goed geregeld! Ziet er mooi uit.

Beautiful Apartment and Great Location!

In general, we had a very good experience. The apartment is beautiful and almost fully equiped. If you are planning to cook a lot here, there are some things that you don´t have, but basic stuff is no problem. You get a welcome package with some beverages, coffe and te, which is very nice. The locaton is perfect, as the place is in an upcoming part of the town, with small shops, and lot´s of bars and restaurants. The team that administrates the building are accecible and resorful. When I decided to write this I was trouble of wether giving a 4 or a 5 start rating. The wifi connection was not working that weekend, and I was in Valencia for business reasons, which made working very difficult, but the team did gave me solutions and the wifi problem was solve the next day. The other thing is that we had the really bad experience that we had nosy neighbors, and the team had to come to the building to solve the situation. But to be honest the walls of the building are really thin, so any small sound from any neighbor is very audible.

Un apartamento perfecto!!

Un piso comodísimo con una gran capacidad. En él encontramos todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia incluido un detalle de bienvenida. El auto check in de la agencia también muy cómodo ya que llegamos un poco tarde y no tuvimos que depender de una persona que nos esperase. Todo funcionó a la perfección. La única pega (seguramente por parte de la persona que preparó el apto) fue que no había toallas para todos ni tampoco pudimos encontrar las sábanas para el sofá cama. Si hubiésemos estado más días lo habríamos comentado con la agencia y seguro que lo habrían solucionado ya que su atención fue siempre muy correcta. Las puertas y ventanas de las habitaciones son las antiguas (muy bonitas) pero dejan pasar un poco el ruido, para compensar se trata de una zona muy tranquila y el edificio cuenta con unas normas de respeto hacía los vecinos y hacia el propio piso muy exigentes. Si volvemos a Valencia sin duda contactaremos con esta agencia y si este piso estuviese libre nos encantaría repetir estancia pero esta vez más larga. GRACIAS!
