Apartment is in a great location, close enough walking distance to the beach and harbour, or into the main square. It also has lots of bars, cafes and supermarkets very close by. The rooftop area was also a fantastic space to relax.

Good Location and convenient for transport links via bus and metro. Could've done with the option of changing towels but besides that worth booking and the rooftop terrace is nice and relaxing.

Fantastic apartment, as described and spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Easy check-in process, good comms. The rooftop pool and terrace was lovely, a welcome relief at the end of a hot day. Only small downside was traffic was sometimes noisy so bring ear plugs.

Tha location was great and the apetment was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and communicationnwas great throughout and prior to arrival. The pool and roof terrace was great.

The location and apartment itself was very safe and realistic to the listing! Lots of space, working ac and easy checking in! The few problems we had with the property was our particular unit the lid to the toilet was broken upon arrival and staining on the fitted sheet on the bed. We used the spare linens in the closet to layer on top of it for our stay as there was no replacement fitted sheet. A few days till the end of our 8 night stay our bathroom ceiling started leaking water all over the bathroom and the ceiling started peeling. We notified the management and they were quick to respond, sent someone to inspect the unit and change our linens. We were hoping and told there would be a resolution for the few issues we had, but instead heard nothing till our stay finished.

De accommodatie was erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is precies in het midden tussen het centrum en het strand. Om naar het centrum te gaan kun je met de bus of 40 min te voet. Enige minpunt was dat we een hele lage waterdruk hadden zowel bij de douche en de wasbak. Is overigens wel naar gekeken maar kon niet direct geholpen worden. Het water in het zwembad was momenteel niet heel erg schoon, het personeel was hier wel bewust van. Verder een heerlijk verblijf.

Nos hospedamos por la zona porque hacíamos el maratón de Valencia y queda a buena distancia caminando a la salida. El apartamento con buenas amenidades, en buenas condiciones y limpio. La calle frente al edificio es una avenida principal y podía ser un poco ruidosa en las noches, pero nada muy grave. Buena comunicación con la administración y fácil check in.

El piso está bien no está mal pero no tiene una cafetera eléctrica algo basico y barato. El colchón sumamente gastado y en forma de u eso creo que fue lo peor, los muebles en general también están gastados creo que le falta mantenimiento

Sehr schönes Appartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Es war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Highlight waren die Dachterasse und der Pool. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist etwas gering, aber man kann auf jeden Fall damit Leben. Kommunikation per Whatsapp hat super funktioniert. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt der täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Falta de aislamiento por ruido de coches y calle.

Estancia corta de 2 noches. Buena en general aunque se echa en falta buen aislamiento por alto ruido de coches y tanto vidrio. También poco margen de maniobra al tener apertura con teléfono móvil, dependes de la batería del dispositivo.

Heerlijk appartement , ruim en schoon. Fietsen op loopafstand te huur.super markt in de buurt. Koffers eerder brengen dan incheck tijd.Kon alleen bij bagage punten.degene die wij hadden gereserveerd werkte toch niet of waren gewoon gesloten.dat is wel een minpunt.

L'ensemble à été correct en fonction de l'attente et du prix mais la situation en bord de route est particulièrement bruyante avec des fenêtres mal isolées La télé n'a fonctionnée qu'au milieu du séjour suite à l'intervention du gardien (très agréable et disponible) La piscine est petite et peu profonde... Environ 80 cm Mais la situation est correcte et proche des transports en commun L'ensemble est plutôt positif

Grosszügiges Appartment in der Mitte zum Strand und der Stadt. Bus und Velo Vermietung gleich in der Nähe. Das Apartment war sauber aber hat übel gerochen. Das Bad ist schwarz und man sieht einfach jeden Tropfen Wasser, was es unsauber erscheinen lässt. Der Pool war cool aber er hatte die ganze Woche etwas am Boden schwimmen, wovon ich ausgehe, dass er nicht geputzt wurde. Um den Pool wurde immer geputzt und war sehr sauber.

My stay from 12 July to 20 july

The apartment Is nice and plus having a pool on the roof and chilling area is nice if you don’t want to go to the beach every day just keep in mind they only have 4 sun-beds to use so it can be that all of them are in use. location is perfect middle of downtown and the beach, can walk easily down there if you wanted. Only bad things where the bathroom sink was clogged up and funky smell can’t be avoided with having the ventilation system on and closing the door and the floor was badly washed mixed with dirt & sand some how sand was on the sheets on the bad and the vent installation systems A/C were full of dust. I did let them know and they came to clean, the floor was the same still had sand and dirt, the cleaned up the ventilation system and change the sheets of that bed, they try fix the sink problem it was similar or maybe not. We just ended up brushing our teeth and washing our hands in the kitchen sink.
