1. The staff changed the access code and did not let us know. We were waiting until someone opened the door. When we asked them, staff just said they recently changed it. No explanation or apologies... 2. Room AC worked great 👍. Comfortable beds and pillows. 3. The shower in room 102 does not drain propertly. You have to stop the water in between each part of the shower to let it drain. The drain makes a really loud sound as well. 4. The room had plenty of space. The bathroom not so much.

Perfect location and lovely members of staff

It was my second time in Hi Valencia Cánovas and again was very pleasant. Sadly I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist on duty but would like to mention how kind and helpful he is. Place is basic but very clean and in my opinion perfect for a short stay.

Had a very good stay, the area was extremely loud and we heard everything, even with the windows closed but that was ok. The air conditioning was good and the staff were great. Hotel was in a very good area, close to everything and the room was spacious. Would stay again.

The room was a very good size, plenty of space even with a double and a single in it. Bathroom was a little small, but worked. Staff was very helpful with the check in. Parking very difficult, but found a place about km away, but it is in the center so it is to be expected. Would definitely recommend.
