This charming 50 m² home is located in a central area, very close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and Valencia’s historic center. It is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The open-concept design perfectly combines the living, dining, bedroom, and kitchen areas. At the back, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, and at the front a single sofa bed with linens. The studio features two Smart TVs, one facing the bed and another facing the sofa, as well as a dining table perfect for 4 guests.

The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils and appliances for short stays, including an electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is professionally cleaned and located on the ground floor, with easy access.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the district of La Zaidía, on Visitación Street, this area combines a quiet residential atmosphere with easy access by bus and metro (line 4, Trinitat station just 4 minutes away).
Just steps from the iconic Arco de la Torreta, a remnant of the old Les Tendetes neighborhood and the historical entrance to the local flour mill.
Surrounded by parks, small local shops, and several bus lines (94, C1, C2), it’s ideal for exploring Valencia comfortably.
It’s an authentic, residential, safe, and welcoming environment—perfect for those who want to live like a local, away from the traditional tourist routes.

This property is conveniently situated just a one-minute walk away from Sagunt Tram Station and two nearby train stations - Estación de Tossal del Rei (1.2 km away) and Benimaclet (1.3 km away).

The Valencia Airport is just an 18-minute drive.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
