"New concept hotel. One or two teething issues eg electronic door key number pad went down with a technical fault and fire alarm in another room caused a panic for a few minutes. We asked for a quiet room and that is what we had so no complaints. Only one pillow each on arrival which is surprising but they promptly found 2 more. Overall good value and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away."

We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the staff at this hotel were genuinely happy to help and always greeting you with warmth and a smile. "A wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully located, just a short walk from the beach, with excellent facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Prior to our arrival, they kindly assisted with arranging a surprise flower bouquet in the room, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. ★★★★★"

"Hotel location is in an industrial area and the initial external impression raised some concerns for us, but the hotel is well appointed, maintained, managed and very clean. I would gladly stay again with no worries. Nothing on walking distance, but helpful staff recommended the high-end Primark shopping mall a short taxi ride away and it was fantastic with a number of good restaurants, movie theater, quick bites and great shopping choices. Downside: Please note the free airport shuttle doesn't start until 6AM, so be sure to count on a taxi fare for early AM departures!"
