Lovely apartment close to bus lines and subway. Terrace nice to sit on in evening with a glass of wine. The host was very helpful in suggesting what to visit and left metro card that could be loaded with trips on subway or bus

Alles lief von Anfang an bestens!Gute und ausführliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.Die Wohnung wurde persönlich übergeben, zahlreiche Informationen bezüglich Einkaufen und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben.Das Objekt war top sauber bei Übergabe, die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die gleichzeitig Heizung ist, hat bestens funktioniert.

Everything was perfect

Carmen waited for us at the appartment when we arrived and told us everything we need to know for our stay, how we get to all the city attractions etc. Really a great and lovely host.

Great apartment and host

Carmen was a great host with clear and prompt communication. We appreciated the amenities and the terrace was the perfect spot for relaxing after a long of sightseeing and we ate all of our meals there.

It was very clean and comfortable. A wonderful large patio to enjoy. Property managers very helpful and engaging. Very close to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. A good place to stay.

Great experience

We stayed in Carmen’s apartment while visiting Valencia. Carmen could not have been nicer and was a huge help. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had the best outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Fully stocked condo close to old town Valencia

Large two bedroom/two bathroom condo in a secure building within easy walking distance of old town Valencia. Extremely well stocked and clean unit. Carmen was a delight who communicated well, taking an interest in our visit, offering many helpful suggestions.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Absolutely the best experience we could have imagined. Starting with our Host, Carmen.She met us at Check in and showed us her beautiful apartment. Such attention to detail.She was the perfect host. Apartment is easy access to restaurants , pharmacies and grocery stores. Easy walk to metro and train station. Hope to come back soon to beautiful Valencia.

A la découverte de Valence

Carmen, la propriétaire a été très disponible pour la préparation de notre séjour. Accueil très chaleureux avec de nombreux conseils pour faciliter nos déplacements et nos visites. L'appartement est calme, confortable et bien équipé. La 2ème salle de bains est un vrai plus. La terrasse doit être très agréable aux beaux jours. Il est bien situé, proche du centre ville, à proximité d'une station de métro et d'un supermarché. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Outstanding property & host

Carmen our host communicated constantly and very quickly. The multiple suggestions to enhance our visit were a fantastic addition to our total Valencia visit. As a premium host Carmen tops the list. In addition the apartment was in easy walking distance to many of the key areas of the city.

València & Carmen

Carmen was an absolute joy! She is a top shelf hostess! She showed us all of the instructions for the property and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of València was amazing and she departed her wisdom upon us. The property is very clean. The size and accommodations are as advertised. Also the property has a large first aide kit and emergency instructions right at the front door. Again Carmen set the tone for an outstanding stay.

Great Place to Stay in Valencia

After a short walk from the train station, we were met at the apartment by Carmen, who is a wonderful host. Her apartment very clean and is furnished with ample towels, cooking essentials (including olive oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, and sugar), and plenty of TP and detergent for dishes and laundry. We walked most places (the lively Ruzafa neighborhood is right across the tracks) and took the metro from the Jesus stop when going greater distances in Valencia. We highly recommend the apartment.

Wonderful Week in Valencia

Our family enjoyed a perfect week at this property. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4, with a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was bright and felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. Carmen was a great host who provided helpful recommendations and was quick to respond to communications. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Personnellement rien à dire . Excellent séjour. Appartement nickel. Propriétaire adorable.

On a passé un très bon séjour dans un cartier très calme , un appartement très propre , très agréable, les propriétaires tres gentil , prevoyant avec nous , disponible. On se sent tout de suite comme chez nous avec les propriétaires Tout à proximité, un centre ville magnifique, culturel comme architecture. Des plages magnifiques. Énormément de transports pour ce déplacer si on a pas de voiture comme c'était notre cas . Bonne nourriture également. Le seul petit problème c'est qu'on a eu trop chaud la première semaine. Je garde de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour ainsi que des propriétaires. Encore merci à eux pour leurs gentillesse e leurs disponibilité.
