"Another great stay at the Best Western plus for a quick one night stopover. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the check in/out process easy and quick. The Summit Grill once again did not disappoint for dinner! The pork belly Mac and cheese and the smoked brisket were both amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"You get what you pay for. It was okay. Room was not ready when arrived, past the allowable check-in time. Was told I would get a modest rebate, but it never happened. So, a little disappointing. Front desk was "overwhelmed" and walked away from me when I inquired as to why my room was not ready. Manager had to take over. I was very cordial and not the least bit confrontational. "Pros: Nice renovated bathroom with excellent shower. Beds comfortable. Price ok. Cons: Wifi pretty sketchy- hard to make travel plans for the next day and no phone service. AC was a joke- knobs did nothing. It made noise and blew cool air. Never actually cooled the room. It was colder outside. . Exterior poorly maintained. Shabby overall."
