They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. And we ate a delicious dinner and breakfast the following day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants beauty, friendly and breathtaking views. I wish we had stayed longer. "

"Good location, only 3 mins walk to the main cable car station. The ski storage is also very convenient. Service is good but the hotel hasn’t provide bottle water to the room everyday."

"Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "
