The 760-square-foot living space is bright and comfortable, with a mirrored wall and large windows that let in the alpine sunshine, carpeted floors, and two plush sofas that face a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided) and a wall-mounted HDTV and DVR for cozy nights at home. Begin each morning in the fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar and dining room table, and end each evening by curling up in the bedroom's queen-size bed or the sleeper sofa in the living room. If you're looking to head into Vail Village for world-class skiing, dining, and shopping, you'll find a stop for the free shuttle bus (which runs every 15 minutes in winter) right across the parking lot. Also on the grounds of Pitkin Creek Park are a seasonal swimming pool, a year-round hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and a grocery store for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
