We stayed here over spring break with a group of seven and had a very nice stay overall. The standout feature is the incredible view across the valley toward Vail Resort, which makes for beautiful mornings and evenings. The house was clean and well-maintained, with newer kitchen appliances that worked well—the oven was exceptionally clean. A few pieces of cookware show wear, and there’s a limited supply of basic utensils, so those planning to cook a lot may want to bring a few essentials. The bus stop is just steps away (less than 50 yards), and while it’s technically walkable to Vail, we wouldn’t choose to walk from the house. The bedroom layout is a bit unconventional for groups. The upstairs primary has a queen bed, en‑suite bath, and a large chaise that takes up much of the space, which might be better suited for a king bed. Another upstairs bedroom has a twin with a trundle, but minimal storage. Downstairs, a king bedroom shares a hallway bath with a bunk room and an additional twin, which may feel less ideal for adult couples.Overall, the home is comfortable with fantastic views. The layout is something to consider depending on your group, but it’s a solid place to stay, and we enjoyed our time there.
