1. The condo was double booked for our first night, necessitating a move and a full day delay in getting settled.
2. The provisional first-night condo was ~meh and I twice had to ask the front desk to address loud thumping music directly below us - the second time at 2:30am. Ridiculous.
3. Zero effort was made to clean the actual rented unit on an expedited basis. My wife, who skis rarely and needed to work, sat in an overheated lobby for several hours while the front desk gave false hope of getting into the unit early (it was ready at 3:50, 10 minutes early).
4. The unit itself was close to 80 degrees when we entered - we turned the heat off, opened windows and the door to the deck to bring fresh air.
5. The second floor interior bedroom's a/c dd not work nor did the powered skylight - both obviously in place b/c the room otherwise has no ventilation; it was uncomfortably warm all week.
6. We kept the heat off for the entire week b/c the unit was on the warm side, perhaps in-part b/c the hallways are tremendously overheated (as is the boot room).
7. Kitchen poorly equipped - the main cooking pan’s handle was barely holding on.
To the Lodge's credit, we were provided some financial consideration for the double-booking inconvenience.
