- With the gentle sound of the sea in your ears, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind at this vacation home on the island of Väddö, north of Stockholm.
Whether you’re cozying up in front of the large fireplace to enjoy the long evenings, spending the day at the beach with your family, going on a hike through the forest along the coast of Väddö Island, or taking a ferry trip to Åland from the small port town of Grisslehamn, life here is varied and relaxed.
The vacation home, equipped with a toilet, shower, washing machine, large kitchen, and a spacious south-facing outdoor terrace, has room for the whole family, and depending on the season, you can pick berries in the surrounding forest.
The vacation home is located between the towns of Grisslehamn and Älmsta and is best reached by car—1 hour and 30 minutes from Stockholm and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport.

Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft, die wir im Juli besuchen durften. Wir waren von der Größe des Objekts beeindruckt, mit vielen separaten Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die ebenfalls große Wohnküche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles da, was man benötigt, abgesehen von einem Wasserkocher. Ansonsten top. Der Außenbereich hat dazu eingeladen, Zeit draussen zu verbringen. Entweder auf der Terrasse oder in der Umgebung beispielsweise um Walderdbeeren zu finden. Die Küste ist nicht weit und der Weg dahin kurz.
