「My room was beautiful, with real wood floors, and a wooden chest of drawers. I had a large tiled bathroom all to myself with a walk in shower and a tub. 「到着時、フロントに鍵がかかってました。オーナーに電話することで事なきを得ましたが、電話番号の無いSIMカードを利用していたら解決できなかったと思います。また、夕方に停電しました。一度復旧しましたが、深夜に再度停電。朝までエアコン無しの暗い部屋で過ごしました。」

「深夜24時半頃チェックインしたところ、満室のため別のホテルを紹介された。TVの西側でメトロから歩いて20分の交通の便の悪い場所で、ビジネスホテルっぽい所だった。元々予約していたサービスアパートタイプの部屋とは似ても似つかず、バスタブもキッチンも洗濯機もなかった。 帰国後カスタマーサービスに連絡したが、詐欺にあった気分。 全額返金して欲しい。また予約書には記入がなかったが、チェックイン時、税金で2ドル要求された。」
